Dr. Andrew Fletcher is a Pathologist and the founder of Eutilogic Consulting. He specializes in laboratory strategic consulting, operations management, accreditation readiness, clinical transformation, and supply chain stewardship. Dr. Fletcher is a CLSI-certified, prolific CAP Team Lead Inspector with a strong focus on laboratory efficiency and quality improvement.
He brings extensive experience as a consultant, practicing pathologist, department chair, and hospital administrator. Dr. Fletcher has led numerous quality initiatives that improve organizational safety and value, and he has played a key role in developing laboratory stewardship programs across the U.S.
His work has earned him multiple awards for quality and utilization, including research grants in blood utilization and the prestigious 2021 ASCP Choosing Wisely Award.
